Schneider InsightHome Gateway Device

Schneider Electric's new InsightHome device replaces and improves upon the System Control Panel (SCP) for managing Schneider XW and SW solar and storage systems of up to 26kW of solar. It allows homeowners to easily connect their system to the Insight app - accessible by mobile app or web browser - to view system data such as real-time energy production/consumption and historical cost savings and carbon emission reductions.

• Compatible with entire line of Schneider Conext solar and storage products (XW Pro/XW+/SW Inverter/Chargers, AGS, SCP, MPPT 60/80/100, Battery Monitor)
• Monitor solar system performance in real-time from anywhere with the Insight mobile or web browser app
• Built-in wireless access point (WAP) for direct local connection to tablet or PC to monitor system performance without internet access
• Modbus support for string inverters and third-party Modbus devices
• Allows remote firmware upgrading
• Powered by the Xanbus network (note: Schneider's MPPT60 is their only "power producing" Xanbus device that does not supply Xanbus power, so if a system has ONLY an MPPT60 - which is rare - it will need an external power supply)
• AC/DC power supply sold separately (12VDC output voltage, 1.6ADC output current, center positive jack, 5.5mm jack outer dimension, 2.1mm jack inner dimension - see manual for ordering info) - required for SW systems since the SW can't power the unit
• Wall-mountable
• 1-year warranty with additional 1 year (2-year warranty total) if registered within 6 months of purchase
• Please note that an ethernet cable is NOT included
