This is a simplified solar only version of the MidNite Solar Classic 250 MPPT Charge Controller with streamlined menus for easier navigation with fewer options. It has a graphics panel and ground fault protection, but no arc fault or Ethernet capabilities. This solar-only version (250-SL) has a maximum output current of 61 amps, an operating voltage of 250 volts and works with 12- to 72-volt battery systems. As with the whole MidNite Classic line, the solar-only version has MidNite’s exclusive HyperVOC, which extends VOC limits when needed. This solar-only MPPT charge controller is easy to install and a breeze to set up!
Can be used in parallel with MidNite Classic Standard and Classic Lite to coordinate battery charging. Also compatible with the MidNite Whizbang Jr. current sensing module.
