Designed in Sweden, the ingenious Joraform Compost Tumbler JK 125 employs aeration (to keep nasty odors down) and insulation (to get those composting microorganisms fired up) to produce perfect compost in record time. Its walls are insulated with 2.16" polyethylene to maintain temperatures of at least 167°F and facilitate the rapid development of quality compost.
Dual compartments allow the addition of daily kitchen waste to one side while the other side "cooks" in alternating 6 - 8 week cycles. Simply add kitchen scraps to one compartment and give it a spin. When the Joraform Compost Tumbler JK 125 is full, seal it up and release rich, mature compost from the other side, then begin again.
The 4.5-cubic-foot JK 125 holds 33 gallons, allowing for 2 - 4 gallons of raw material to be added each week, typically suitable for smaller households of 1 - 4 people. The shell and stand are made of galvanized steel.
Using an insulated, rotating composter ensures a more even heat distribution and an active decomposition process throughout the entire volume of waste. This is why composting is so rapid, occurring in 6 - 8 weeks. The high temperature makes the JK 125 particularly suited for kitchen waste - both cooked and uncooked - including meat and fish scraps.

Real Goods Response:
Sorry it took so long. This video from Joraform may help others:
This was straight-forward to put together. Remember to put the panels in correctly and it goes together well. So far, it has been easy to add and stir (rotate) the compost.
