*Notes about system grounding: Electrical code requires both the Grounding Electrode Conductors (GEC, used between the grounding electrode and the point where a normally current carrying conductor is intentionally bonded to the ground) and Equipment Grounding Conductors (EGC, which grounds non-current-carrying metal parts of the system - i.e. racking and solar panel frames). Because Enphase IQ 7A Micro Inverters have DC integrated ground (the DC circuit is isolated and insulated from the ground), they do not require a GEC.
